All relevant decisions of the IARU R1 Conference 2014 in Varna Bulgaria have been taken into account in the version 7.0. This is highligted in yellow. Recommendations proposed in the Vienna meeting 2016 and approved by the EC on this meeting in Brussels 2016 are also mentioned in thsi version and highlighted in green. Like proposed on our interim meeting we will work on a completely new version of the VHF handbook that has to be published after the 2017 conference in Munich.
